MARK_FREDERICKS

Mark Fredericks joined The Lord Companies, L.L.C. in April
2007 as an Associate. Mark is new to the real estate field but
has past experience in sales and marketing. Mark’s focus at
The Lord Companies will be the selling and leasing of retail and
office properties.

Prior to joining The Lord Companies, Mark worked for Eastern
Tool Warehouse Corporation in Northern New Jersey as head
of government sales. Mark took this sector of the business and
built it from the ground up, in turn making it successful and
profitable.

By establishing contacts with the contract specialists, Mark
was able to gain favorable status with the government and sell
his products. In addition to his role with government sales, Mark
also was involved in customer service, pricing, product
information, phone orders, and warehouse inventory.

Mark is a member of the International Council of Shopping
Centers (ICSC) and attended the John T. Riordan School for
Professional Development for leasing/management, as well as
participating in the Harold E. Eisenberg Mentorship program. In
the past year, Mark was able to learn the ins and outs of real
estate and develop strong contacts within the field.

Mark earned a bachelor degree in Marketing from Florida State
University in 2005. Mark was born and raised in New Jersey
and lived in Florida before moving to Chicago in the fall of 2006.
Mark is an avid football and baseball fan.
