Heide Schulz joined The Lord Companies in July of 2008 as a
Broker Associate and comes to us with over 5 years of
residential and commercial brokerage experience in Chicago
and the suburbs. Heide’s main focus at The Lord Companies
will be urban retail and mixed-use developments in Chicago.
With her high standards of integrity and professionalism, Heide
is a wonderful addition to the company.
Heide’s goal is assist her clients in meeting their business and
financial goals utilizing real estate strategies and offering site
selection analysis, market analysis, and investment/financial
analysis. Scope of services include: acquisition, disposition,
sale-lease back or lease for business or investment portfolios.
Prior to The Lord Companies, Heide worked as an industrial
real estate broker with Cushman & Wakefield, a commercial
broker with Arthur J. Rogers & Co. and a residential broker with
Koenig & Strey GMAC in Chicago’s Gold Coast office. In
addition, Heide spent three years in technology sales at
Motorola in Schaumburg, IL.
Heide earned her bachelor’s degree in Communication from
the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Heide also
completed the rigorous coursework necessary to earn the
future designation of Certified Commercial Investment Manager
(CCIM), and she is an Illinois licensed real estate broker.
