Janina Schoumacher
Janina Schoumacher joined The Lord Companies in April 2008
as an Associate and is an experienced commercial and
residential real estate agent. Along with assisting with the day-
to-day operations of the company and its Associates, Ms.
Schoumacher also sells, leases and manages approximately
75 company-owned residential units. Ms. Schoumacher also
represents her own clients in buying, selling and leasing of
outside commercial and residential transactions. Since
becoming licensed in 2005, Janina has closed more than
$4 Million in property transactions.
Previously Ms. Schoumacher was as a licensed salesperson
and assistant at Wallace Properties, Ltd. and a licensed
salesperson at Premiere II Properties. Prior to entering the real
estate field, Janina worked at advertising agencies and in-
house marketing positions.
Janina received a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from
DePaul University in 1996 and resides in the South Loop.
