Kim Benjamin has been with The Lord Companies for 17 years
as a buyer’s agent. Due to Ms. Benjamin’s many years of
experience, she is quickly able to develop a partnership with

Before joining The Lord Companies, Ms. Benjamin was a
Senior Account Executive with Mead Data Central in Dallas,
Texas. In 1993, Ms. Benjamin and her husband were relocated
back to Chicago. During their search for a home in Chicago,
Ms. Benjamin realized how valuable it was to work exclusively
with a buyer’s agent and decided to focus her career in this
area.
Kim received a bachelor’s degree from DePaul University’s
College of Commerce in 1988 and resides in Northbrook.
