Moon H. Kim joined the Lord Companies in July, 2004 as an
Associate. Moon comes to The Lord Companies with many
years of residential sales experience.

Prior to joining The Lord Companies, Moon was involved in
various business ventures. From 1986 to 1992, Moon co-
owned the Guildcrest Furniture Company in Peru, Indiana. In
1979 he started a janitorial service and Oriental Cleaning
company which he operated until1999. Since 1981 Moon
has successfully operated over 35 dry cleaning shops in
downtown Chicago and still owns a few of these shops
today. Moon was also Senior Accountant for Beatrice Foods
Company from 1979 to 1986.

Moon’s insights, which were gained from various walks of
life, have led him to delve deeper into the real estate
business which has played a very important part in almost
his entire work history. Moon worked as a sales person at
American Invesco and was extremely successful in pre-
construction condo sales.

Moon earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting at
Roosevelt University and is an avid golfer. Moon enjoys all
sorts of sports, especially baseball.
