Steve Owen joined The Lord Companies, L.L.C. In June
2007. Steve is moving over from the real estate financing
side of the business. Steve’s focus at The Lord Companies
will commercial sales and tenant representation, as well as
overseeing the establishment of a new office in Will County
that will focus on development and investment opportunities
throughout the county.

Prior to joining The Lord Companies, Steve worked for KM
Funding and Anderson Financial Group as a Loan Officer.
Prior to this, Steve was with Wells Fargo Private Client
Services and Northern Trusts’ Wealth Management Group.
Steve was responsible for managing the clients relationship
within the bank and advising clients on the banks’
investment, banking and fiduciary products and how these
would fit within the clients overall financial situation.

Steve earned an MBA from Loyola University in Chicago and
a Bachelors Degree in Finance from Illinois State University.
Steve spends his free time with his two children and his
wife. Steve also volunteers his time as a board member of
Wells Park Baseball, as a board member of Theater Wit
and in coaching baseball.
